Product Road Map 2016

We are excited to announce a roadmap for shapemetrics and also a product release date for our initial offering due out later this year. It has been a long time coming and are we believe we are in a final stages to release several projects we have diligently and quietly developing behind the scenes for the past two years. 

Our first product will a dedicated email platform named sendermetrics. It become the platform for email and play a vital role in delivering solid marketing platform with robust list selection and reporting. It will be the same platform utilized for shapemetrics' CRM product due out second quarter 2017.

Our second product is URL shortening app sha.pe to help track email click-thru rates for sendermetrics and shapemetrics CRM. This platform will be a paying service to support on going development and deter spammers from abusing the system.

We are unable to disclose the methods we intend on using to mitigate abuse of the platform, doing so would provide spammers internal knowledge of methods used to remove and ban users. 

The Road Forward

Together these products will provide integral parts in the long term development of a unified platform for dealership marketing. Both platforms will provide reporting for marketing campaigns while providing a long term support for shapemetrics. Each product is a standalone application that can be used independently, yet will provide the basis for social media, direct mail and email marketing for shapemetrics.

Direct Mail Marketing

Direct Mail prospect and existing customer selecting with maps for easy visualization of target customers. Reduce cost of direct mail with NCOA and validating customer addresses before sending a single piece of mail. Integration with existing management systems to push and pull customer data. 

Website & Social Media

Website customization with sales and service scheduling for customers. Use an existing domain to design and deploy web pages for marketing events. Post to popular social media platforms and track response rates and click-thru rates for each campaign.

Phone & SMS

Track inbound and outbound customer phone calls to determine effectiveness of both manufacturer and local sales campaigns. Combined with direct mail and email to provide a new insight into customer persona.
